Who can use this site
You must be 21 or older and located in a jurisdiction where cannabis content is legal. By clicking through our age gate, you attest to both. Misrepresentation is a basis for account termination and, where applicable, legal action.
What this site is and is not
wavvy.supply is an informational and ordering-reference site. We do not sell cannabis directly to consumers from this site. All retail cannabis transactions take place at licensed California dispensaries. Any cannabis product depicted is available only through those licensed retail channels.
Apparel
Wavvy apparel is sold through our Shopify storefront at wavvysupply.com, which has its own terms and return policy.
Intellectual property
All logos, wordmarks, product designs, and site content are © Happy Travels LLC unless otherwise credited. Ghost Ramp and Wavves marks are used with permission.
Prohibited conduct
- Bypassing or tampering with the age gate;
- Attempting to access admin areas without authorization;
- Scraping, automated crawling at volumes that burden the service;
- Uploading malicious content via any public form;
- Misrepresenting yourself as Wavvy or Happy Travels.
